As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
Requirements
- Preferred sales experience, whether it's in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing. A track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional listening skills.
- Enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams.
- Strong organizational skills, allowing you to stay on top of tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, as it will enable you to effectively communicate with a wider range of customers. Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.

Compensation $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
